A-5 and B-5 jump to start the game. The ball is tapped by both players. After the ball hits the floor, the ball is recovered by B-5 before any non-jumper has touched the ball.
Handle the situation.
This is a legal play. The jump ball ended when the ball hit the floor. The restrictions on the jumpers ended at the same time so B-5 was eligible to recover the ball.
