With 15 seconds left in the 4th quarter Team A scores and is trailing Team B by two points. Team A has no timeouts left. Team B leaves the ball on the floor and makes no attempt to pick it up.
Handle the situation.
The ball is at the disposal of Team B. Therefore, the five-second count for making the throw-in should begin. If Team B does not release the ball on the throw-in before the five seconds are up, a throw-in violation should be ruled.
