A-1 and B-1 are attempting to gain control of a loose ball on the floor. While A-1 has her hand on the ball, her hair is in contact with a boundary line.
Handle the situation.
A-1 has committed an out-of-bounds violation. When A-1’s hair is in contact with the boundary line, this makes A-1’s status to be out of bounds.
