During a throw-in, A-1’s pass is deflected by B-1 up into the air. The ball is caught by airborne A-1 who has jumped from out of bounds.
Handle the situation.
This is an out of bounds violation by A-1. A-1’s location status is determined by where A-1 was last touching the floor. Since A-1 jumped from out of bounds, A-1 is still considered to be out of bounds until A-1 touches inbounds.
