While the ball is in flight on a try for goal for Team A, A-5 and B-5 are whistled for a double foul under the basket for engaging in overly rough play. The ball passes through the basket.
Handle the situation.
All double fouls are point of interruption (POI) plays. That is, play will resume from the point of interruption after the fouls have been recorded in the scorebook. In this case, the ball remained live after the double foul since a try was in flight. The ball became dead when the ball passed through the basket. This is the point of interruption. Team B will be awarded the ball on the endline and may move along the endline as after any score.
