As time is running out in the quarter, A-3 jumps up to attempt a two-point try. A-3 releases the attempt and then the horn sounds. B-3, who was trying to block the shot, plows into airborne A-3 after the horn has sounded. The try is unsuccessful.
Handle the situation.
Although time has expired, the ball is still live since a try is in flight. B-3 has plowed into an airborne shooter. This is a foul in the act of shooting by definition.
A-3 will be awarded two free throws. Since time has expired, no players will line up along the lane.
