After ending his dribble, A-1 attempted to pass to A-2 in the backcourt. Not aware that the pass was being made, A-2 vacated his position. Then A-1 ran over and picked up the pass. A-1 then passed ball to A-2.
Handle the situation.
By definition, A-1 has dribbled a second time. The ball was in A-1’s control. A-1 voluntarily released the ball in A-2’s direction. The ball hit the floor and was recovered by A-1. A violation should be ruled.
