The ball becomes loose on the floor. A-3 recovers the ball just outside the lane with one foot on the floor and one knee touching the floor. From this position A-3 then throws the ball at the basket and it goes through the basket.
Handle the situation.
This is a legal goal. The fact that A-3 has a knee on the floor when attempting to put the ball in the basket has no effect on the counting of the goal.
