With less than a minute to play in a close game, A-1 scores on a breakaway layup. When B-1 goes to pick up the ball for the throw-in, A-1 intentionally shields B-1 away from the ball.
Handle the situation.
This should result in a technical foul for delay of game for preventing the ball from being put in play. Team B would be awarded two free throws and would be given a division line throw-in opposite the table.
