Handle the situation.
B-5 had possession of the ball when the whistle sounded. Therefore, Team B had team control at this time. By rule, this is a Point of Interruption play. The ball is awarded to the team in control, Team B, at the out-of-bounds spot nearest to where the ball was when the whistle was sounded..
