A-5 blocks a pass with his hand to prevent the ball from going out of bounds. A-5’s momentum causes him to step out of bounds. A-5 returns inbounds and recovers the ball.
Handle the situation.
This is a legal play. A-5 never had player control of the ball before returning inbounds. As such it was legal for A-5 to go out bounds and return to recover the ball.
