Both teams are in the bonus. With just seconds remaining in a close ball game, Team A has the ball for a throw-in on the end line in backcourt. A1 attempts to make a long pass to A5 in the frontcourt. Just before the ball arrives, A5 pushes off B5 in order to catch the pass. The official rules a common foul on A5.
Handle the situation.
Since this common foul has occurred during a throw-in, A5 is guilty of a team control foul. Although Team B is in the bonus, no free throws will be attempted. Team B will be awarded a designated spot throw-in from the spot out of bounds nearest to where the foul occurred.
