2. A-1 is shooting “2” free throws. When the ball is released on the first free throw, B-1 breaks the free throw line and makes illegal contact with A-1. Team A is in the single bonus and the free throw is unsuccessful. Handle the Situation?

3.  Airborne shooter A-1 releases a shot and commits a flagrant foul on B-1. The try is successful. Handle the Situation?

4. A-1 is in the act of shooting. B-1 pushes A-2 into A-1. A-1’s shot is successful and Team A is in the  bonus. Handle the Situation?

5. A spectator is heckling Team A. A-6 who is sitting on the bench, leaves the bench to confront the spectator. Handle the Situation?


Answers

1. Double Violation. Since Team A is in the bonus, A-1 will receive a bonus free throw with all players lined up. 9-1-3-h, 9-1-Penalty-3, 4-8-1-a.

2. A-1 will shoot 2 free throws with no players lined up. A-1 will then come back and shoot the single bonus with all players lined up. 9-1-3-h, 9-1-Penalty-2-b, 4-8-1-a.

3. Basket counts. B-1 will receive “2” free throws and Team B will receive the ball at the spot of the foul. 7-5-4-b, 10-7-Penalty-4, 8-2, Case Book- 4-19-6- Situation  A.

4. Basket counts, A-2 will go to the line for a single or double bonus. 8-2

5. Team A’s Head Coach is charged with a direct technical foul.  Team B will receive “2” free throws and the ball at the division away from the scoring table. Team A’s Head Coach has lost the coaching box privileges.  Case Book10-6-5- Situation B
