A-1, in the frontcourt, attempts to pass to A-2 in the frontcourt. B-1 deflects the ball off of A-2’s foot. The ball goes into the backcourt of Team A where the ball is recovered by A-2.
Handle the situation.
Although player control has ended, team control still exists for Team A. Since Team A was the last to touch the ball before it went backcourt and was the first to touch after it got there, a backcourt violation has occurred.

I had this play Easley vs TL Hanna!-Girl game!
I was trail-A-1 was being closely guarded by B-1; B1 deflects ball off of A1 leg causing ball to go into backcourt! I ruled that since A1 was last to touch
but first to touch the ball in backcourt, backcourt violation on A1!!
We, as Officials need to know the Rule and apply it correctly. Very Good Play.
