Team A has a throw-in with 0:00.3 on the clock on their frontcourt end line. A-1 passes the ball to A-2 who fists the ball towards Team A’s basket. The horn sounds and then the ball enters the basket.
Handle the situation.
Fisting the ball is a violation. The officials should cancel the goal. Since the violation occurs with the touching of the ball, no time should have run off the clock. 0:00.3 should be put back onto the game clock and Team B should receive the ball at the spot nearest the violation.
