Team B has been warned about flopping.  A-1 drives to the basket.  B-1 flops trying to draw a foul ruling from the official.  A-1 misses the layup and the ball is rebounded by B-4.  The official stops play and reports the flopping infraction to the scorer.  The scorer does not inform the official that this is the second such infraction for Team B.  Neither official is aware and the ball is awarded to Team B for a throw-in.

After Team B advances the ball to the frontcourt, the table sounds the horn and notifies the officials about the fact that this was the second flopping infraction for Team B.

Handle the situation.
