Team A is leading by two points with under two minutes to go.  While A-1 is attempting to dribble up the court in backcourt, the ball gets away from A-1.  The ball is headed towards out of bounds when the Lead grants a timeout request to Team A’s head coach.  The ball ends up out of bounds.  

Handle the situation.

A-1 drives to the basket to attempt a layup.  The ball enters the basket from below and passes through the basket rising above the ring.  B-5 jumps and touches the ball while it is within the imaginary cylinder above the ring.

3. A1 is dribbling the ball in the frontcourt. A3 sets an illegal screen on B3. A3 is charged with a team control foul. T-F

4. A team must have team control in its frontcourt for a “3” second violation to be adjudicated. T-F

5. A1 is dribbling the ball in the front court, B1 knocks the ball away. If A3 is in the lane for “3” seconds, a “3” second violation cannot be adjudicated. T-F
