As A-4 and A-5 are running up the court, they are yelling at each other over a botched play that just happened.  A-4 gets pissed off enough to decide to take a swing at A-5.  A-5 responds by throwing his fist at A-4.  Eventually cooler heads stop the melee.

There are 12 seconds left in a tie game when A-2 drives to the basket on a fast break.  As A-2 is laying the ball up on the backboard, B-2 intentionally shoves A-2 in the back.  The ball passes through the basket.

A-5 jumps to attempt a dunk.  As A-5 goes to dunk the ball, it slips out of his hands.  A-5 returns to the floor and catches the ball when it comes down before anyone else touches the ball.

The play described below is provided for your review and discussion. The rulings given are based on NFHS rules. NCAA rulings may be different.

The coach of Team A is whining and complaining frequently.  After receiving a formal warning for such behavior, the coach continues this behavior.  A technical foul is charged.  The coach is informed that he has lost the right to use the coaching box.

The coach sits down but as the game proceeds jumps up to question rulings by both officials.  This leads to a second technical foul and the coach’s ejection from the game.  The coach goes and sits in the stands.  The coach is informed that he must leave the gym.  Eventually he complies.

A minute later the coach is back in the gym watching the game standing up.  Again he is informed that he is not permitted to be in the gym.  He refuses to leave.

Handle the situation.
