A-1 drives to the basket in overtime, is fouled by B-1 and is awarded two free throws.  It is B-1’s fifth foul.  However, the scorer does not notify the officials.  A-1 makes the 1st free throw and misses the 2nd free throw.  The ball is rebounded by B-1 who dribbles the length of the court and is fouled while attempting a layup.  The ball goes in the basket.

At this point the scorer notifies the officials that B-1 has 5 fouls.  After conferring with each other, the officials rule that B-1’s goal does not count and disallow the foul.  They return the ball to the other end of the court and award the ball to Team B nearest to where B-1 gained control of the rebound.  Were the officials correct?

Dribbler A-1 has the ball batted away by B-1.  The ball is loose on the floor when both A-1 and B-1 dive for the ball.  B-1 obtains possession.  A-1 attempts to create a held ball situation by using his legs to immobilize the ball.  Handle the situation.

Both teams are in the bonus.  During a throw-in by A-1, A-1 attempts to lob a pass to A-2.  A-2 pushes B-1 out of the way while attempting to catch the pass and is whistled for a common foul.  The official awards B-1 a bonus free throw situation.  Was the official correct?

The visiting team is late arriving for the game.  Because of the game was delayed from starting, the referee assesses technical foul on the visiting team.  He rules that the head coach loses the use of the coaching box.  Is the referee correct?
