Neither team is in the bonus. During the 3rd quarter, A-1 attempts a three-point try. While the ball is in the air, the lead official rules a foul on B-5 for pushing A-5 under the basket. The ball goes through the goal. Handle the situation.
Since the foul occurred while the try was in the air, the goal is counted. Since Team A is not in the bonus, Team A is awarded the ball for a designated spot throw-in out of bounds at the spot nearest the foul. If Team A had been in the bonus, A-5 would have attempted the appropriate bonus free throw situation. (References: Rule 5-7-7 Exception a, 10 Penalties 1a, 10 Penalties 3)
