Team A starts the game with five players present although there are six players on the team roster. A-5 is injured and is unable to continue. Team A plays with four player for a couple of minutes. A-6, who is on the roster, shows up.
When can A-6 enter the game?
A-6 may enter the game at the next dead ball that is the result of a stoppage of the clock. If such stoppage results in multiple free throws, then entry will be prior to the last free throw.
