A2 sets a screen for dribbler A1. A2 allows for sufficient time and distance from defender B1. However, A2 legs are wider than shoulder-width apart. B1 is impeded by contact with one of A2’s legs.
Handle the situation.
A2 should be charged with a team control foul. Although A2 has met the criteria for time and distance, A2 is required to stay within his vertical plane with his feet no wider than shoulder-width apart. Therefore, the contact with the leg is illegal.

B-3 is at the line shooting one free-throw to complete a three point play. After the release, an air horn goes off from the home team’s student section. The try is unsuccessful. Handle the situation.
The question is what happened after the horn sounded. What did the players do or not do?
Very Good Play. We need to understand legal position and rule accordingly. Thanks.
Great play of the day question..
